Cottingham Open Gardens – June 15th and 22nd

Save the date for the annual Cottingham Open Gardens event! Experience the beauty on June 15^th and 22^nd from 10am to 4pm. Immerse yourself in nature, inspiration, and fun, all in support of Dove House Hospice.

Dan Clipson from Dove House Hospice said “We are delighted that Cottingham Open Gardens will return to the village in 2025, having raised around £10,000 each year for Dove House Hospice. Support from within the community is of huge importance to the hospice and the care that we can provide for patients and their families locally. The Open Gardens are a fantastic opportunity for visitors to enjoy lots of family friendly activities, gain an understanding of how to improve their own personal space or simply to peek into the fantastic diversity that residences in Cottingham offer”.

Entry programs are priced at £5.00 per adult with accompanied under 16’s being free.  The event program gives you access to all participating gardens, each offering diverse entertainment, music, afternoon teas, plant sales, and various activities to support the hospice’s fundraising efforts. You can purchase programs at any participating gardens on the day or in advance from the Dove House Hospice shop in Cottingham, The Duke of Cumberland, King Billy Pub Barkers or Hays Salon.
